If you’re exhausted from holding it all together and pretending you’re fine, you’re not alone.

Many of the women I work with have spent years pushing through stress, illness, fatigue, or constant overwhelm - doing their best while feeling unseen and misunderstood. I know that experience personally.

As a woman living with autoimmune illness — a work in progress — I guide women like us toward more good days than bad, offering compassion, clarity, and steady hope along the way.

I've also spent seasons of my life in survival mode. Over time, I learned that real healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It comes from listening, honoring your limits, and moving at a pace your nervous system can actually trust.

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.” It’s about coming home to yourself.

That belief is at the heart of my work at Epiphany Grove. Whether we’re working through coaching or Reiki, my role is to walk alongside you — with compassion, presence, and respect for your pace.
