About Brandy Lee

Founder of Epiphany Grove-Where healing takes root and magic begins.

My healing journey didn’t start in a classroom-it started in my own body.

For years, I lived in survival mode, navigating autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, pain, emotional overwhelm, and the weight of constantly pushing through life. In 2023, after 40 years of smoking, I finally quit. At 55, I changed careers entirely.
Each step felt like shedding an old layer and remembering who I truly was.

Through all of it, I learned something essential:

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.”
Healing is about coming home to yourself -one step, one breath, one choice at a time.

This truth became the foundation of my work.

I became a Reiki Master in 2012, then continued my training to become a certified Health & Wellness Coach and Life Coach.

Epiphany Grove grew from my desire to create a peaceful, judgment-free space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find clarity, strength, and self-trust again.

This work is deeply personal to me-because I’ve walked the same path.


 

What I Believe

  • You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk beside you, not in front of you.
  • Change doesn’t have to be extreme to be meaningful. Small, compassionate steps lead to big shifts.
  • Everyone deserves a healing space that feels safe, supportive, and sacred.
  • Insight is powerful- but only when rooted in action, integration, and compassion.
These principles guide everything we do together.


How I Work

I combine compassionate, evidence-based coaching with intuitive tools to support whole-person healing.

My approach blends:

  • Motivational interviewing
  • Mindful habit-building
  • Nervous-system–friendly strategies
  • Trauma-informed support
  • Optional Reiki energy healing
I don’t diagnose or prescribe.

Instead, I help you:

  • Clarify what you want most
  • Gently explore what’s been getting in the way
  • Create simple, soul-aligned routines that actually stick
  • Reconnect with your intuition, your body, and your inner magic
  • Build sustainable habits that support energy, balance, and well-being
