About Brandy Lee
Founder of Epiphany Grove - where healing takes root and magic begins.
My healing journey didn’t begin in a classroom — it began in my own body.
For years, I lived in survival mode, navigating autoimmune illness, fatigue, pain, and emotional overwhelm while trying to keep life moving forward. In 2023, after 40 years of smoking, I finally quit. At 55, I changed careers entirely. Each step felt like shedding an old layer and slowly remembering who I truly was.
Through all of it, I learned something essential:
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.”
Healing is about coming home to yourself — one step, one breath, one choice at a time.
Healing is about coming home to yourself — one step, one breath, one choice at a time.
That truth became the foundation of my work.
Over time, I trained in Reiki and coaching as tools to support whole-person healing. I became a Reiki Master in 2012 and later completed certification as a Health & Wellness Coach and Life Coach — not to “fix” anyone, but to better support the deeply human process of healing and change.
Epiphany Grove grew from my desire to create a peaceful, judgment-free space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rebuild clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
This work is deeply personal to me because I’m still walking this path myself.

What I Believe
- You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk beside you — not in front of you.
- Change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Small, compassionate steps can create lasting shifts.
- Everyone deserves a healing space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded.
- Insight matters — but only when it’s met with integration and compassion.
These principles guide everything we do together.
How I Work
I blend compassionate, evidence-based coaching with intuitive tools to support healing that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
My approach may include:
- Motivational interviewing
- Mindful, realistic habit-building
- Nervous-system–friendly strategies
- Trauma-informed support
- Optional Reiki for gentle energy support
I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I offer supportive guidance that honors your autonomy, lived experience, and inner wisdom.
Together, we may:
- Clarify what matters most to you right now
- Gently explore what’s been getting in the way
- Create simple, supportive routines that feel sustainable
- Reconnect with your intuition and your body’s signals
- Build habits that support steadier energy and balance
Sessions are flexible, collaborative, and centered around your needs — not a rigid program or a one-size-fits-all plan.
