Welcome to Epiphany Grove LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, coaching and Reiki services, and any other offerings available through our site (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Epiphany Grove provides Health and Wellness Coaching, Life Coaching, Reiki, and related educational resources. These services are for personal growth, education, and relaxation purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
- We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
- Coaching and Reiki are complementary to, not a replacement for, licensed healthcare.
- You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or professional advice when needed.
3. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations
Coaching & Reiki Sessions
- Scheduling: Sessions are booked through our website scheduling system.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, or in the case of a pre-purchased package, the time scheduled will be deducted from the applicable package (Example: A 30 minute appointment was booked and missed or not cancelled within the 24 hour notice period, 30 minutes will be deducted from package total), and are non-refundable.
Digital Products & Courses
- Payment: All digital products, courses, and downloadable content must be paid in full at checkout.
- Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, videos, courses, and other materials, are the property of Epiphany Grove LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell our content without written permission.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts, booking services, or making purchases.
- Not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Epiphany Grove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
