Welcome to Epiphany Grove LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital products, coaching services, Reiki sessions, memberships, and any other offerings available through our site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our site, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Epiphany Grove provides Health & Wellness Coaching, Life Coaching, Reiki services, and related educational resources. These Services are for personal growth, education, and relaxation purposes only.

Our Services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

Coaching and Reiki are complementary to — and not a replacement for — licensed healthcare. You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or professional advice when needed.

You acknowledge that participation in coaching and Reiki may involve personal reflection, lifestyle changes, or emotional exploration. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.

3. Appointments, Payments & Cancellations

Coaching & Reiki Sessions

Scheduling: Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. For pre-purchased packages or memberships, the scheduled session time will be deducted from the applicable package balance. These sessions are non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are provided for partially used billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership offerings with reasonable notice to active members.

Digital Products & Courses

Payment: All digital products, courses, and downloadable materials must be paid in full at checkout.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, videos, courses, downloads, and other materials, is the property of Epiphany Grove LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or sell any content without prior written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts, booking services, or making purchases.
  • Not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not to interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of our website or systems.

We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from Coaching, Reiki, memberships, or educational resources.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Epiphany Grove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Your continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
